Customer service and satisfaction starts with the front office, with Terry, our Business Manager. Terry coordinates appointments and schedules.
Our standard procedure is the following: the night before a new project starts, the crew and Patty will load up the trucks. Double-checking takes place before departure, early in the morning. The crew will be on-site before homeowners leave for the day or before employees arrive for work Crew members arrive to your project briefed. The work begins, and there’s no slowing down except by those passers-by who frequently comment on the professional approach, the efficiency, the determination, and the tidiness of the work.
