This bashful cup-shaped flower is also known as a Lenten rose. Blooms yellow, pink, purple and dark red in early February thru May or June. Grows to 12-24 inches tall at maturity. Works well as a cut flower. Use it as a ground cover. Keep it near the house so you can enjoy the blooms on those endless late winter days. You'll know spring is on its way!
